Cairo Oak uses an SPC (stone polymer) core. SPC is dense and rigid, which makes Cairo Oak especially resistant to dents and impacts and very stable across temperature swings. If your space sees a lot of action, Cairo’s tougher core is the safer bet.

Calypso Oak uses a WPC (wood plastic) core. WPC is a thicker, foamed core that gives the plank a softer, warmer, more cushioned feel.
