Southmere Oak by COREtec from the COREtec Originals Enhanced collection is a 7″ × 60″ (nominal) waterproof luxury vinyl plank designed for full-room coverage in residential and light-commercial environments. It features a rugged 12 mm total thickness with a 20 mil wear layer and a waterproof foamed WPC core for lasting durability. Enhanced painted bevel edges, an attached cork underlayment for improved acoustic performance, and an embossed wood-grain texture combine to deliver premium aesthetics and comfort underfoot. With flexible installation options—floating or direct-glue above, on, or below grade—Southmere Oak is built for kidproof, petproof, and moisture-resistant applications.
