Portchester Oak by COREtec from the COREtec Pro Enhanced collection is a robust, waterproof luxury vinyl plank designed for both visual elegance and dependable performance. Each plank measures 7" × 48" with a total thickness of 5 mm and includes a 20 mil wear layer over a rigid core for moisture resistance and durability. The surface features a detailed oak-grain emboss and micro-beveled edges to emulate real hardwood, while an attached cork underlayment enhances acoustics and comfort. With click-lock floating installation (or glue-down where permitted), Portchester Oak is ideal for full-room coverage in residential and light commercial spaces.
