Parchment Oak from the COREtec Originals Premium collection is a high-performance luxury vinyl plank designed for comfort and resilience. Each plank measures approximately 9″ × 72″ (8.85″ × 72.05″) and features a total thickness of 10 mm, including a 20 mil wear layer for durability. The flooring is built on a waterproof foamed WPC (wood-plastic composite) core, includes an attached Soft Step underlayment for enhanced sound control and warmth underfoot, and has enhanced integrated bevel edges and an embossed oak-grain texture for visual authenticity. Fully waterproof, kidproof, and petproof, this product supports floating or direct glue installation above, on or below grade, making it ideal for full-room coverage in residential or light commercial settings.
