Concorde Oak Brushed Pearl by Provenza Floors is a waterproof luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring from the MaxCore™ collection, designed to emulate the authentic look and texture of European oak. Constructed with a rigid SPC core and an attached 1.5 mm IXPE rubber underlayment, it offers enhanced comfort and sound absorption. This flooring is suitable for floating installations and comes with a lifetime limited residential warranty and a 15-year limited commercial warranty.
