Shipping and Freight Information
We will ship our carpet and rugs any where in the
country. Use the region map below to help you estimate the cost of
shipping your carpet to you. We may select an alternate shipping method
for area rugs.

Region 1: 2-3 Days ($.50 or less sq. yard)
Region 2: 3-5 Days ($.85 or less sq. yard)
Region 3: 4-7 Days ($1.00 or less sq. yard)
All freight charges are subject to a minimum charge.
Our shipping department exercises great care in preparing your carpet
for shipping. Each roll is individually wrapped and sealed in strong
weather tight polyurethane film to insure that your carpet arrives to
you in the same condition it left our warehouse.
The common carrier is the most economical way to ship your carpet to
you. In the carpet industry we ship by square yard rates as
opposed to poundage rates found in other industries. We will pass our
volume shipping rate onto you, our valued customers, for extraordinary
savings up to 50%!
We make every effort to see that your order will be shipped by the
most reputable and economical carrier that delivers in your area. Once
your carpet order arrives at your local distribution center, the carrier
will give you a 24 to 48 hour advanced call to schedule delivery. Please
insure that you can receive your carpet from the delivery truck.
All shipping and freight estimates are subject to change
without notice.
All Shipments are FOB. Dalton, Georgia (i.e. customer
is responsible for all freight cost, unless specifically discussed
otherwise with a sales rep. Freight quotes are available upon request
and only valid for 48 hours from the time given. No claims on prepaid
freight will be honored unless customer has a signed bill of lading
stating Carpet in Dalton will be responsible for pre-paying the freight
charges.)
All items are 1st quality with warranty unless otherwise stated!
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all canceled orders.
*If order is already shipped customer is responsible for incurred
charges to ship to and from Carpets in Dalton/The Rug Source.
Patterned carpet is not guaranteed to side-match. Installations on these
items are critical and need to be installed by certified installer.
